Cost Notes
- Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, which is $50 for conference registrants. The Dinner Symposium is entitled Health Disparities in Allergic and Immunologic Conditions in Racial and Ethnic Underserved Populations. It features Dr. Princess Ogbogu, chief of a pediatric hospital's allergy and immunology and medical school professor in Cleveland, Ohio. Those attending the Dinner Symposium will earn 1 additional credit. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form.
- Participants will receive a thumb drive with course handouts and presentation slides upon arrival and check-in at the conference. Paper copies of handouts/slides are available for an additional $50. Indicate this preference on the registration form.
