- The cost of registration includes Break snacks on both days, and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. The Friday Dinner is separate.
- Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, which is $50 for conference registrants. The Dinner Symposium will feature "When It Looks Unusual: Challenging Infectious Disease Cases from Around the World" presented by Anchorage Infectious Disease Specialist and Internist Dr. Benjamin Westley. Those attending the Dinner Symposium will earn 1 additional credit. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form. If you wish to have a spouse or friend join you for the Dinner please indicate this on the form as well. A guest seat is $50.
- Participants will receive a thumb drive with course handouts and presentation slides upon arrival and check-in at the conference. Paper copies of handouts/slides are available for an additional $30. Indicate this preference on the registration form.
