- The cost of registration includes Break snacks on both days, and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday. The Friday Dinner is separate.
- Conference registration does not include the Dinner Symposium, which is $50 for conference registrants. The Dinner Symposium will feature "Allergy Myths Busted" presented by Dr. David Stukus ational leader in medical professional development and continuing education through his participation in AAAAI, ACAAI and AAFA. An advocate for patient/family allergy education and adherence, Stukus uses social media (@AllergyKidsDoc), mobile apps and other communication channels to drive the public, patients and medical professionals to sources of fact over fiction. Those attending the Dinner Symposium will earn 1 additional credit. Reservations are required. Simply indicate that you will be attending the Dinner on the registration form. If you wish to have a spouse or friend join you for the Dinner please indicate this on the form as well. A guest seat is $50.
- Participants will receive a thumb drive with course handouts and presentation slides upon arrival and check-in at the conference. Paper copies of handouts/slides are available for an additional $30. Indicate this preference on the registration form.
